Recently came across this new restaurant online β€” their steaming clay pot chicken looked so tempting that I decided to check it out right away to see how it compares to regular roast chicken. The place is called Ah Ma’s Kitchen. At first I thought it might lean toward Taiwanese cuisine (since Taiwan is famous for barrel-roasted and clay pot chicken), but the menu turned out to be more Hong Kong–inspired πŸπŸ”. They have pineapple chicken burgers, wonton soup, and more.
