New Wine Bar | haβs snack bar π·
This newly opened wine bar in Chinatown is always packed. During the pandemic, the owners started their business as a pop-up restaurant. ππ’ Despite the obstacles brought by the pandemic, they remained very popular. I was lucky to pass by and find a spot before they opened for the evening. π Their food blends traditional French and Vietnamese flavors. Their menu mainly focuses on a selection of wines and small dishes. The eggs and beans on toast are really delicious, and the seasoning is perfect. I didnβt like the tuna dish that much. Its presentation was quite strange. Instead of being cut into small pieces, it was served as a large chunk, making it hard to share. And it was sliced too thick. π ππ’ The escargot was the dish I was most looking forward to. I wasnβt prepared for its texture and found it too soft. Maybe itβs because of the different preparation method. But the flavor is really addictive. π The dessert was delightful. It had a balanced texture and a refreshing taste. π ππ’ The atmosphere is stylish and lively. Although the space is not very large, it doesnβt feel crowded but rather comfortable, thanks to the many artistic lights throughout the space. π Since the menu changes with the seasons, I will definitely be back. π haβs snack bar 297 Broome St, New York, NY 10002 #New York Restaurants π #nyc π #food π
