🥩 New Wonjo | Oldest Korean BBQ Restaurant In NYC 🥩

🌟 This is the oldest Korean BBQ restaurant in NYC. Since 1993, New Wonjo has been keeping the authentic Korean BBQ tradition alive. It's a must-visit for any fan of Korean cuisine! 📍 Address: 📌 23 W 32nd St, New York, NY 10001 🕒 Hours: Everyday: 10AM - 5AM (Kitchen closed at 4AM) 🍖 What We Ordered: Premium Beef Combo: Deung Sim (Non-marinated Prime Ribeye), Ju Mu Luk (Marinated Boneless Prime Short Rib), Bul Goki (Marinated Sliced Prime Ribeye), Chadol (Sliced Beef Brisket). This combo is priced at $114.95 and serves two people. Any combo comes with a choice of Spicy Soft Tofu Stew, Bean Paste Stew, or Kimchi and Pork Stew. Haemool Pajun: Seafood and Scallion Pancake. 🍧 Dessert: The dessert was one of the best I've ever had. The chocolate gelato was so rich and creamy, paired with coffee/espresso. It was AMAZING. 💰 Price Range: The average price per plate is around $15-$50. The pizzas are around $23-$26, but of course, you're here for the BBQ! 🎉 Experience: The banchan (side dishes) are lively and fresh, with standards like kimchi, sweet radish, and broiled fish joined by spicy shisho leaves, fermented black beans with peanuts, or tiny dried fish with roasted walnuts. The meat is cooked over charcoal, giving it a distinct flavor that sets it apart from other KBBQ spots in the city. #nycfoodrecommendations #nyc #nyclifestyle #nycfoodreview #nycfoodie #nycfoodfinds #newyorkcity
