New York: This "Praise" is Quite Something 🌟
I tried the croissants and canelés at La Cabra. For drinks, I just had a latte. The whole milk they used wasn't my favorite brand, so I didn't really enjoy the final result. ☕️ 🌺Watching them make matcha drinks with an electric whisk, I could tell they were being very shoulder-friendly to their employees. I didn't order it, but if you have any recommendations for good drinks, feel free to drop them in the comments! 💡 But let me tell you, their croissants are truly exceptional! 🥪 The croissants are beautifully plump and well-made, with a perfect structure of air pockets inside. The outer shell is super crispy, while the inside is soft and chewy. Each bite is filled with the rich aroma of flour and butter. The size is also impressive—one coffee and one croissant, and I was already too full for lunch! 🌟 🌺 The canelé had a harder shell with a lovely caramel aroma, and the inside was moist and soft. For me, it was a bit too sweet, but it paired well with the coffee. 🍰 📍La Cabra 152 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10003 If you’re in the neighborhood and craving some delicious pastries, La Cabra is definitely worth a visit. The croissants are a standout, and the canelés are worth a try if you have a sweet tooth! 🌺 #NewYorkCafe #NewYorkFoodAdventures 🌃🌟
