When we arrived, the restaurant wasn’t too crowded, and the staff were incredibly helpful, giving us a detailed introduction to the place. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. 😊 ✉️ Ambiance: Perfect in every way! The window seats during twilight offer stunning views of Madison Square Park. The interior is adorned with beautiful artwork by various artists, making it a feast for the eyes. 🌇 🍞 Overall: It was a solid experience. After all, this is a place that was once ranked the best in the world. However, since 2017, it has faced some controversy, perhaps because the acceptance of its vegetarian menu isn’t as widespread. The pre-meal bread was a highlight—flaky perfection with onion and truffle, and it paired wonderfully with the butter. The buckwheat noodles were also good, something I often enjoy making at home.
