The fourth course was another standout, with thinly sliced, grilled celery root. It’s a unique and impressive touch. 🥬 The fifth course blew me away! They did a double preparation of lobster (with impressive shelling skills), and there was a spicy 🦞 shrimp dumpling. It was pretty spicy and mind-blowing! 🌶️ For the main course for two, we chose suckling pig (their duck breast is also a signature). It was beautiful and delicious. 🐷 The palate cleanser was fun—a Moroccan tea service with tea snacks. 🍵 The dessert was grand and beautiful—a huge apple pie and yogurt with chai ice cream. My northern friend loved it, while my southern friend, a serious apple pie enthusiast, could detect a slight hint of astringency. 🍰🎂 They also gave us a decent-sized birthday cake as a bonus. 🎂 The petit fours were bling-bling, but we were too full and took them home. 🍬 We left super happy and definitely want to come back! 🌟 #MyWayToRelax #AmbianceRestaurant
