Recently back in New York, I coincided with the official completion of the One High Line project, which has become a stunning landmark on Manhattan’s West Side. 🎢 This project comprises two towers: one for residential use and the other set to become the future Faena Hotel. 🍃The towers are cleverly staggered, skillfully creating distance between them. This not only expands the urban space but also maximizes the surrounding views. 🌆 Strolling through the West Chelsea area, the completion of One High Line has undoubtedly added new vitality to the neighborhood. 🌊 In terms of design, the project’s facade draws inspiration from the historical warehouses of New York’s Meatpacking District and West Chelsea, especially the punched windows that convey an industrial heritage while blending seamlessly with modern architectural style. The geometric twist at the tower corners cleverly reduces the overall mass and creates a dynamic spatial relationship between the buildings. 🌆 🌸 #NewYork 🌟
