New York’s The Snail (1)🐌

The decor is modern and elegant, with a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Perfect for weekend dates, small gatherings, or a casual drink.🌸 The menu is concise but features daily specials: 🎢 CHIPS & HAM $16 A mountain of their signature handmade chips and crispy smoked ham, served with Spanish paprika. The recommended way to enjoy it is to wrap the thin-as-silk ham around the chips. The texture goes from soft to crispy, with layers of flavor. The saltiness is a bit high but perfect for pairing with drinks. 🍻 🌊 ESCARGOT $23 Garlic herb butter snails with Nick & Son baguette. The snails are plump, fresh, and bouncy, with a hint of spiciness in the sauce that makes it very appetizing. The baguette is crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. The dipping sauce is so delicious you’ll wish the baguette was bigger! 🦪 SCARPINOCC $35 Mushroom cream-based ravioli. The pasta is cooked al dente, with a chewy texture. The filling is rich with mushrooms and truffle, and the cheese is smooth and flavorful. 🍜 🍃 DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER $21 The chef is said to be trained by the renowned 4 Charles team, so this burger is a must-try. A fluffy brioche bun holds a thick, juicy patty, topped with mustard garlic sauce, pickles, and onions. The sauce tastes somewhat like a Big Mac,and while it’s satisfying, it doesn’t quite match the Rolo’s burger I had a few months ago. Interestingly, the evening menu burger doesn’t include an egg. If you prefer the egg version, remember to check out the brunch menu. 🍔 🌸 #NewYorkExploration #NewYorkFood 🍔
