I’ve been exploring the best of New York’s culinary scene, and the moment I walked into Monkey Bar, I felt like New York was just too fast—so fast that someone needed to hit the pause button. And then, this plate of prime rib just jumped out and said ✨I’m here to comfort you!✨ 🥩 Prime Rib Thick-Cut Thick-cut is just outrageously amazing. It’s not the kind of exaggerated goodness for Instagram; it’s the kind that makes you pause and think, “Oh, I am truly loved today.” This is the best prime rib I’ve had in Manhattan this year, and it ranks right up there with Long Island’s Bryant Cooper as the top thick-cut of my life.
