New York|Rated As One of the Best Ramen in the U.S.A. 🍜
The Tsukemen is Incredible! When the weather gets chilly, I start craving a steaming hot bowl of ramen 🥹 This tsukemen has always been one of my absolute favorites in New York ❤️ It’s been recognized as one of the top ramen spots in the nation! The broth is rich and flavorful, paired with chewy, thick noodles—it’s a match made in heaven! I always end up ordering the same bowl every time I come here 🤣 This time, I finally got to visit with a friend, and they ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen~ I took a little taste, and wow! The aroma was absolutely captivating. The broth was thick but not heavy, with so many layers of flavor. The thin noodles had just the right amount of firmness—perfection! One thing to note—the broth isn’t super abundant, so you’ll want to eat it quickly while it’s hot, or it might thicken up a bit. Both bowls came with chashu and egg. The chashu had the perfect balance of lean and fatty meat—it just melted in my mouth! The soft-boiled egg was cooked flawlessly too ✨ We also tried a few side dishes today, and they were all tasty, but let’s be real—the stars of the show were definitely the tsukemen and the ramen! I truly believe this is one of the top ramen spots in New York City 🔥 Just a little heads-up—their flavor profile tends to be on the stronger side, so if you prefer lighter tastes, it might not be your usual go-to 😆 Okiboru House of Tsukemen 📍117 Orchard St, New York, NY What’s your favorite ramen spot in NYC?
