New York|Super Awesome Indian Food(2)🌟
•Meen Pollichathu: Whole sea bass wrapped in banana leaf / Ginger / Shallots 💚 I really like this dish too. The fish meat is very tender and juicy. The sauce it comes with is so fragrant. Just be careful of the bones as there are quite a few. 🍃 •Valiya Chemmeen Moilee: Lobster tail / Mustard / Turmeric / Coconut milk The lobster tail is sweet and chewy. The accompanying sauce is very flavorful and well-seasoned. 🌺 •Chettinad Maan: Deer shank / Star anise / Black seaweed This dish has a fork stuck in the marrow, making it look like a stick of incense. The flavor is quite gamey, which is delicious but similar to oxtail. Between beef oxtail and deer meat, I would recommend beef oxtail! •Goanese Oxtail: Angus beef oxtail / Green cardamom / Cinnamon / Cumin / Coriander The meat is very tender. Paired with the spicy sauce, it goes really well with flatbread or coconut rice. 🌞 •Elanerr Payasam: Tender coconut / Coconut milk / Coconut water / Cashews / Raisins / Ghee This is my favorite dessert. It's like a coconut-flavored tapioca pudding, with a rich and satisfying texture. It's not overly sweet and has a strong dairy flavor. 🌟 #NewYork 🌊 #NewYorkFood 🍔 #Indian Cuisine 🌴
