I was especially looking forward to their kangaroo tartare, which I had heard so much about. 🐨 However, when I arrived, it wasn't on the menu for that week, which left me a bit disappointed. 😭 Instead, I decided to try the elk tartare, which turned out to be a delightful surprise. The texture was incredibly unique, with a blend of flavors that danced on my palate. 🦌 The restaurant offers both à la carte and prix fixe options, catering to different dining preferences. 🌟 We chose the prix fixe menu, and the restaurant was incredibly accommodating, kindly swapping out a few dishes for us that we really wanted to try. 🌟 My favorite dish of the meal was the roasted fish in p1.
