It's hard to tell if it's the seasoning or the natural sweetness of the crab, but it's definitely delicious! The only downside is that it could look more visually appealingโa solid orange-red hue lacks some variety. ๐ฆ ๐ Scallops with Morel Mushrooms The scallops are up to par, but the morel mushrooms are a bit too greasy. They don't quite capture the fresh texture that you'd expect. ๐ ๐ Wild Dover Sole a la Plancha A straightforward grill test, this dish really shows off the chef's skill with heat and seasoning. The fish is well-cooked, but the pre-marinated flavor is a bit too salty. And $150 for the whole fish is a bit steep... ๐ ๐ Poulet Rรดti Roast chicken is a French cuisine staple, right? This one is a bit on the salty side and not as juicy as you'd hope.
