Itโs the taste of childhood memories! ๐ฅช Dun Huang Cold Noodles ๐ The noodles are perfectly chewy, the chicken is tender, and the balance of sweet, salty, and a touch of spice is spot-on. It feels like eating a spicy, chewy snackโtotally addictive! ๐ This meal had it all: rice, noodles, flatbread, chicken, pork tripe, lamb, and fish. (Sadly, no beef pies that day ๐ข) ๐ฟ๐After a long day at work with friends, we ended up having a mini version of a Manchu Han Imperial Feast.
