New York's Dun Huang π
Scallion Pancake π« πΏπThe aroma of scallions hits you straight in the soul, instantly transporting you back to the pancake stalls outside your school as a child. Itβs the taste of childhood memories! π₯ͺ Dun Huang Cold Noodles π The noodles are perfectly chewy, the chicken is tender, and the balance of sweet, salty, and a touch of spice is spot-on. It feels like eating a spicy, chewy snackβtotally addictive! π This meal had it all: rice, noodles, flatbread, chicken, pork tripe, lamb, and fish. (Sadly, no beef pies that day π’) πΏπAfter a long day at work with friends, we ended up having a mini version of a Manchu Han Imperial Feast. We came in exhausted and left feeling fully recharged! π Usually, I love ordering Dapanji, but this time, the pork tripe chicken won me over completely. Itβs in Midtown, perfect for a quick recharge anytime! π π Dun Huang #NewYork #NYCExplore #FoodieAdventures ππ
