Tonight, I visited the restaurant Lunar to try their new dishes, and I must say, every single dish was stunning! Highly recommended!👍🏻 The standout dishes included the Crab Powder Soup Dumplings . With every bite, you can taste the rich crab flavor, and the soup that bursts out is incredibly fresh. Spicy Stone Crab 🦀: The crab meat is very flavorful and spicy. The sauce is super tasty and pairs perfectly with rice.🍚 Tibetan Lamb Ribs : The cumin and lamb are a perfect match, and the roasted potatoes are super fragrant, reminiscent of "wolf-tooth potatoes." Tongue Temptation : This dish of Sichuan peppercorn pig tongue is quite special. It’s similar to fish maw in flavor but even more tender, with crispy wood ear mushrooms. It’s spicy but delightful!🌶️ The Heartbreaking Rice is also delicious, with perfectly distinct grains. Highly recommended! Plum Blossom Osmanthus Wine : This drink is sweet and fragrant, reminiscent of fermented rice balls. It goes great with the dishes and is a must-try. Jade Breeze : A refreshing grapefruit-based cocktail that’s tangy and appetizing. Lunar’s ambiance is modern Chinese with a minimalist touch.
