New York's Latest Thai Cuisine 🔥
I've always been a huge fan of Soother, and I was super excited when their team opened a new place in the West Village! The restaurant has been a hit since its opening, and I managed to book a table for Friday night after waiting for quite a while. After dining there, I have to say that the Soother team never disappoints! 👏 🔥 Ping Yang (Grilled Skewers Platter): Their signature Thai-style grilled skewers platter! The restaurant's decor is reminiscent of a vintage Thai tavern, so skewers are a must! Chicken liver, tiger prawns, chicken wings, and beef tongue are all delicious! Paired with cocktails, it's pure joy! 💕 🔥 Zaab Hang: The grilled ribs are incredibly fragrant! The ribs are grilled to perfection, crispy and full of spices, spicy and incredibly addictive! 👏 🔥 Ba Mii Kaw Moo Yang: The Thai-style mixed noodles, highly recommended by the waiter, are made with chewy egg noodles and pork cheek meat, packed with a spicy kick. 🔥 Crying Tiger: Thai-style steak, the sauce is decent, but not as good as the previous dishes. #NewYork #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExplorer #ManhattanNYC #Manhattan #ThaiFoodNYC #HiddenGemThaiFood #ThaiFoodInManhattan
