New York's Librae Bakery 🍰
Today, I want to share a bakery near the East Village: Librae Bakery 📍 35 Cooper Sq, New York, NY 10003 It’s been super popular on Instagram lately, known as having the best pistachio croissant in all of New York! 🌟 Because of its fame, the lines are incredibly long. I had to visit three times before I finally got my hands on their pistachio croissant. 🎢 Let’s talk about the taste! The croissant is perfectly flaky, with an outer layer that’s wonderfully crispy and fragrant. The inside has a great bread structure—not the kind of “dense” croissant that feels more like bread. 🌊 What really surprised me was the rose and pistachio combination! The top layer is rich and aromatic, with a mix of pistachio crumbs, rose syrup, and white chocolate. It adds so much to the flavor and texture of the croissant! The rose petals aren’t just for decoration; they genuinely enhance the experience. The only downside is that the pistachio filling feels a bit too oily. Overall, the first bite is pure bliss, but you might find it a bit too rich halfway through. 🍃 Their other baked goods are also fantastic! I tried their multigrain sourdough, which was a delightful surprise. The nuts are super fragrant, and the bread is perfectly fermented. Another standout is the pretzel bagel, which is definitely worth a try! 🥪 🌸 Overall, Librae Bakery lives up to its reputation. The pistachio croissant is a must-try, and I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their offerings! 🌟 🌺 #NewYork #LibraeBakery #CroissantHeaven 🌇🌟
