Whoever tries it must say that the love for matcha will last forever! 🌟 This is my super-loved Japanese matcha shop. 🍵 The matcha is pure and not overly sweet. The shop has a Japanese garden style, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea, a piece of dessert, and a book for a whole afternoon. 🌿 📍 Cha-An 230 E 9th St 2nd FL, New York, NY 10003 My friends and I almost tried all the desserts👇 1️⃣ Matcha Parfait: A classic with a rich texture—delicious matcha ice cream and red bean paste cream, plus chewy mochi and crunchy cornflakes. 🍨 2️⃣ Matcha Tiramisu: Layers of ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and matcha powder. The layers could be better, but the mascarpone on top is super smooth, full of dairy flavor, and just the right amount of sweetness. 🍰 3️⃣ Black Sesame Crème Brûlée: A must for black sesame lovers! The bottom is super fragrant and rich, like taking a big sip of black sesame milk. 🌿 4️⃣ Whisked Matcha Affogato: The matcha flavor is also rich here. Pour the hot matcha liquid over it before eating. The toasted coconut flakes are the finishing touch! 🥥 5️⃣ Hojicha Anmitsu: Roasted tea ice cream with black sugar jelly—nice texture. 🍧 6️⃣ Homemade Mochi: …Not very tasty, skip it. ❌ #SweetTreatsMakeMeHappy 🍬
