New York's New Bar | Even a Boozer Thinks It's OK 😌

📍Bar Contra Bar Contra is the new bar opened after the closure of Contra, the sister restaurant of Wildair. Surprisingly, I think the drinks here are much better than the food! And after a few drinks, you'll definitely feel a little tipsy. As a boozer, I'm loving it! 🍸 Food 🍳 🍅 Favorita Tomatoes: Just your regular cherry tomatoes. 🦐 Montauk Royal Red Prawns: Many tables ordered this, but it was a big disappointment. The shrimp had a bit of a fishy taste. 😥 🐣 Chicken Wing: A bit better than the other appetizers, but don't get your hopes up. 🍄 Mushroom Tartlet: It smelled nice, but the filling was too moist, causing it to separate from the pastry. 🍦 Potatoes & Strawberry Sundae: My favorite dish here! The ice cream is served with crispy potato shreds at the bottom, which is quite unique and delicious. Must - try! 🍦 Drinks 🍸 I ordered six drinks and none were a letdown! Here are my two favorites: 🌅Saltair: A must - order signature drink at almost every table! It has a unique plum - like savory - sweet flavor. Piscola: If you like pisco, this is the one for you.
