New York's New Hot Pot and Dim Sum Buffet (2)🌟

Talking about the meat quality! The texture was fantastic, not like typical buffet meats at all. They had lamb, beef shoulder, beef tongue, and even American Wagyu and tenderloin—everything was delicious! 🍖 🌇 The dim sum was amazing—thin wrappers and generous fillings. The black truffle shrimp dumplings and taro buns were so good they brought tears to my eyes. The ingredients were truly top-notch, even better than some of the dim sum specialty places I’ve been to. The service was excellent too, with staff always ready to refill water and clear dishes, always attentive. 👍🏻 🌺 The desserts were a delightful surprise, with over ten varieties: mousse, pudding, mini cakes, egg tarts, tiramisu. They were small and cute, just the right size to enjoy several. The pudding was so smooth I couldn’t resist having three! The owner mentioned they have a dedicated pastry chef who makes everything fresh daily. 🍰 🍃 I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. I hope more people will discover this gem of a place.
