New York's New Japanese Cuisine
Kaga Rice II's Autumn Crab Dishes 🌊 🍃Sushidokoro Mekumi NY has just opened its doors in the trendy SOHO neighborhood of New York City, right across from the popular spot Miomio! 🍣 I couldn't resist the allure of this new gem, so I headed over to the restaurant to “inhale” some formaldehyde (just kidding, but you know, to check out the place) and dive into their autumn menu. 🍽️ The moment I stepped in, I could feel the authentic Japanese ambiance, with its minimalist decor and warm lighting that made me feel right at home. 🌟 The sakes and sushi are simply top-notch. The fresh crab meat is tender and succulent, melting in your mouth with every bite. The sea urchin is equally impressive, with its rich, buttery texture that adds a luxurious touch to the dishes. 🍣 🎢 But the real star of the show is the sweet shrimp omelet. It's like a caramel soufflé—deliciously soft and fragrant, with a texture that's as delicate as an eighteen-year-old girl's dreams. It's the perfect ending to a perfect meal, and it's enough to make you believe in culinary magic! 🌸 🌸Once the “formaldehyde” clears (okay, okay, once I've had time to digest and think about it), I'll definitely be back for a second visit. I can't wait to explore more of their menu and see what other hidden treasures they have in store. 🌄 #NewYorkRestaurantHunting #BeautifulFoodInNY
