New York's Only Michelin Bird Roast | Torien (1)
🍃Cover is the chef drawing us a world-famous painting for us 😊 Torien is the only Michelin Bird Roast in New York. There is also a sister store in Tokyo called Torishiki, which is also a one-Michelin-star bird roast. 🌟 Currently, there seem to be fewer than 10 starred bird roast restaurants in the world, and all of them are one-star, which is quite rare. 🎢 The overall taste here is really great. Many of the skewers are super juicy, and the seasoning is just amazing! However, the biggest plus is the two chefs. 😊 🌸When we finished eating, they were extremely cheerful. They were very happy when signing for us and even drew pictures on the menu carefully. It's the Michelin restaurant that I've encountered with the most emotional value. It's clear that they truly love their work, and the whole atmosphere is particularly good. 🌊 Bird roast may look similar when photographed, so I'll pick a few that left the deepest impression on me in terms of taste! Roasted Chicken Leg This chicken leg is incredibly juicy! When you bite into it, it feels like the meat juice is about to spray out. The chicken itself is very tender, and the seasoning is just right! 🍗 🍃 Roasted Mushrooms The mushrooms are also exceptional! They follow the same juicy route. The outer layer of sauce is a bit salty, but when the juice from the mushrooms mixes with the sauce, the taste is perfectly balanced, and it's super delicious! 🍄 #NewYork
