New York's Salmon Roe and Sea Urchin Chronicles (1)🍣
New York's Salmon Roe and Sea Urchin Chronicles 🍣 🍃🌸 Muku 412 Greenwich St Penthouse B, New York, NY 10013 💰 $295 per person + tax A newly opened kaiseki restaurant that’s perfect for winter. My friend said she got full just from the soup! 😂 ITO 75 Barclay St, New York, NY 10007 💰 $295 per person + tax A bit hard to evaluate. It was noisy, and there were so many people. The flavors were just okay. For fumakase, I was most excited about the salmon roe and sea urchin, but it was way too salty… I had to drink water after every bite and couldn’t finish it. Definitely not worth the price! 💣 🍃🌸 César 333 Hudson St, New York, NY 10013 💰 $368 per person + tax + an extra $68 or $98 for uni toast (I can’t remember exactly) A Michelin two-star, Japanese-French fusion. The uni toast was delicious, and the first half was quite Japanese and enjoyable. But the second half, with the French cuisine, was a bit off for me… The duck breast felt undercooked and very gamey. 💣 #NewYork 🌆🌟
