New York's Saltiest Michelin: Atera 🌟

It's been a while since I dined at Atera, and if I had to sum up my impression in one word, it would be "salty"! 🍖 🌟Among New York's many two-Michelin-starred restaurants, Atera is relatively low-key. The dishes aren't particularly dazzling, they don't tell much of a story, and their marketing is pretty minimal. But upon closer inspection, they've actually held their Michelin stars in New York for over twenty years, which is quite remarkable. 🌆 The standout dish for me was the P3 chicken cracklings—crispy and fragrant, they were really addictive. 🌟 The rest of the dishes were generally quite salty and didn't leave much of an impressive mark. Overall, the flavors were just below the typical two-Michelin-star standard. 🍖 For friends looking to try Michelin dining in New York, I wouldn't highly recommend this place. There are several other two-Michelin-starred options in the city that offer a better experience. 🌟 #AGoodPlace #Michelin #FineDining 🌆🌟
