New York | Kajiken Ramen of Manhattan in Midtown (1)
🌸New York | When Japanese People Are in Line for 🍜, You Know It’s Authentic! I really regret not coming here sooner! 🎢 I’m used to miso ramen or clear broth, but I’ve never tried this sticky Japanese-style noodle dish. 🌸The moment I took a bite, I was truly amazed. The noodles are thick, firm, and really chewy. They call it abura soba, and it’s handmade! 🍃 So flavorful! My taste buds were cheering! No wonder it’s a ramen shop from a Nagoya chain. 🌟As soon as I sat down, I was surrounded by Japanese-speaking diners. Great choice! 🌟 The menu has so many options, with various types of noodles. We chose: 🍜 The Original—it must be their signature dish. It comes with big slices of pork bone meat and scallions on top. 🌟When you mix everything together, the texture is next level! The saltiness is just right. 🥩 Roasted Beef—I added some chili oil. The beef feels like it’s medium-rare, so tender and fresh. The runny egg on top, when mixed into the noodles, is just heavenly! 🌟 Adding chili oil gives it another flavor dimension—fragrant, spicy, and refreshing. #NYCDining #NYCWeekend 🌇🌟
