New York | A Beautiful Hotel Restaurant That’s Perfect for Photos (2)
🍽️ Main Course Roasted Cod: The cod was pretty standard—nothing to write home about. The texture was very tender, so it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t amazing either. 🌿🌟Grilled Duroc Pork Chop: This was a huge portion. I thought the side dish was potatoes, but it turned out to be apples 😅. The meat had a lot of connective tissue, making it tough to chew. The accompanying dish was extremely sour—like, really sour. 🥄 Dessert Citrus Sorbet: Only the passionfruit flavor was somewhat sweet. The blood orange was very bitter, and the grapefruit was super sour. Mango Cheesecake: This was the best dish of the night! You have to try it. It wasn’t overly sweet, and the accompanying lime sorbet was very sour, but the cheesecake itself was exceptional—better than most cheesecakes in NYC. 🌿🌟 Overall, it’s not worth making a special trip here just for the food. The flavors were really underwhelming. The only redeeming quality was the beautiful hotel above, which is perfect for taking photos with your friends. 🌇 #NewYorkRestaurantWeek #NewYorkLife 🌟
