New York | Affordable Japanese Cuisine in the East Village 🌟

Yesterday, my friend and I dined at this Japanese restaurant near NYU. I had previously seen their omakase on social media, but I didn't expect they also had a tasting menu! 😳 It's like getting almost the same experience for a fraction of the šŸ’°. 🌺 We ordered the tasting menu, which included: Salad and soup Tuna ribs (a huge piece that you can DIY) Fried corn (this reminded me of corn cakes from my childhood!!) 🌺 Sushi & sashimi platter, which was massive and included lots of uni šŸ˜‹ The server mentioned that the nigiri is actually from their omakase. Overall, it's perfect for those who want to enjoy an omakase experience after school but don't want to overindulge. šŸŽ’ šŸ“ Kanoyama 175 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10003 šŸ’° Average cost per person: $50+ šŸ’” Tip: Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins might also get lucky! #NYCFoodie #RestaurantHopping 🌟🌟
