New York | An Unforgettable Dessert Experience at a Tiny Shop ๐
๐My friend had been intrigued by the desserts from this place after seeing other posts, saying itโs worth the trip all the way to Brooklyn. Her logic was that if the desserts are this good, the main dishes must be amazing too. Turns out, the food was even better than we expected! We were truly touched by this cozy, family-style shop that takes pride in their cooking. ๐ ๐ข๐ Mango Sticky Rice and Taro are pretty common at ๐น๐ญ Thai restaurants, but to find them this delicious and at a shop where no single item costs more than $20 is quite unusual! ๐The mango and coconut-flavored ice cream are actually made fresh every day... especially the ๐ฅฅ coconut aroma is super rich. The taro pudding layer is soft, chewy, and milky, with just the right amount of sweetnessโdelicious! The fried chicken wings are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and theyโre pretty big. Both the Garlic and Spicy versions are great. ๐ข๐ The Curry Puff is fluffy and flaky, while the spring rolls with shrimp are crispy on the outside and bouncy on the inside. For drinks, I highly recommend the Thai milk tea ice cream. When it melts, it tastes just like bubble tea! ๐ต #NewYork #HiddenGems ๐ต๐
