Surprisingly Delicious Chinese Food, Mostly Patrons Are Foreigners 🌟 Antidote 🌟 I used to know this place as a one-Michelin-starred restaurant, but now I’m not sure. When I walked in and saw it was packed with foreigners, my heart sank. But when the dishes arrived, they were surprisingly delicious! 🍲 I highly recommend the Dan Dan noodles, cucumber salad, and beef claypot. The Dan Dan noodles are very spicy—seriously, they pack a punch! 🤢 The cucumber salad is incredibly tasty; I have no idea what kind of sauce they use, but it’s amazing. The beef claypot has Sichuan peppercorns, giving it a numbing and spicy flavor that’s perfect for spice lovers. 🌶️ 🌟Other dishes I tried, like crab roe tofu and I’m not sure why they put greens in it), were also good. The dry pot cabbage didn’t disappoint either. The only miss was the smoked duck. It had an overwhelmingly heavy smoky flavor—I couldn’t tell if it was from wood or tea, but it was just too much to handle. 🤢 🤢 The drinks were pretty good too. I feel like I’ll be coming back here often. 🍻 #FoodieDaily 🍔
