New York | AriAri: Oh My Gosh, Butter Shrimp with Pita Is Heavenly 🌟

📍 AriAri You definitely need to make a reservation; the restaurant is quite small. My friend and I were lucky to get a corner table, which felt super cozy and safe—we could even hear each other talk. Bliss! 😌 🌟Is it good for a date? Meh, it’s a bit noisy and cramped. But it’s perfect for hanging out with friends. And it’s totally worth a visit! The food smells amazing. The portions are on the smaller side, so it’s great for a group to share dishes. If it’s just two of you, you might feel a bit shortchanged, but it’s still worth the trip. Strongly Recommend: Butter Shrimp with Pita: The shrimp are incredibly juicy, and when paired with pita bread and little potatoes, it’s a carb-lover’s dream. This dish is an instant hit! 🍤 🌟 Uni Rice: You have to ask them to add uni; otherwise, it won’t come with it. I’m not usually a uni fan, but I gave it a try. The creamy topping—I still don’t know what it is—makes the rice super fragrant. 🍣 Just Okay: I forgot what it was called, but it was some kind of pork…? My friend said it tasted like sweet and sour pork ribs, which made us laugh. It’s skippable, but if you’re curious, go for it. 🌟 The pot dish (I forgot the name again): Remember it had plenty of meat and lots of sides. It’s perfect for a warming bowl in winter. We didn’t order any drinks because we were heading to UpUp next door after the meal. Sneaky, right? 😜 #NYCFood #NYUMeals 🗽🌟
