New York | Benoit 🍔🍷
After visiting MoMA, another great option for dining nearby is Benoit. This charming Parisian bistro has become one of New York’s classic French restaurants in its 15 years of operation. 🌟 • Onion soup $20🧅 When it’s cold outside, onion soup is the ultimate comfort food. Benoit’s version has cheese that’s rich and creamy, melted over bread that’s soaked in the flavorful broth. I was already full after finishing this bowl, LOL. 😄 🌿🌟 • Duck foie gras terrine $27 French-style duck liver pâté, served with seasonal jam and toasted brioche slices. 🍽️ • Roasted duck $44 The roasted duck breast is tender and aromatic, with the fat between the skin and meat releasing a delightful fragrance. 🍗 🌿🌟 • Cod $42 This one was a bit of a miss. The cod had a strong fishy taste. After talking to the waiter, they kindly replaced it with the octopus pasta of the day. And guess what? They didn’t charge us for the cod! Such great service deserves a big tip! 💪 • Octopus pasta $47 The pasta was a bit firm, and there wasn’t a lot of octopus, but the sauce was really delicious. 🍝 🌿🌟 • Soufflé $16 The soufflé was bouncy and delightful, served with sorbet. It was a perfect combination of rich and refreshing. 😍 #food 🍔🍷
