4️⃣ Spicy Pork with Fried Squid $25 🌟 A unique blend of flavors reminiscent of Sichuan shredded pork and Beijing-style shredded pork in sauce. The pork is incredibly fragrant and pairs perfectly with onions, making it super rice-friendly. The fried squid is a bit greasy and feels less cost-effective compared to the beef soup. But the pork alone is still very delicious! 🍖 5️⃣ Dolsot Al-Bap $18 🌟 Sea urchin cream bibimbap with fish roe and egg. The expectations were high, so it wasn't as impressive as I hoped. The cream didn't have much sea urchin flavor, but the texture of the fish roe bibimbap was quite nice. Scooping up a big spoonful of rice, with grains soaked in sauce and egg yolk, mixed with shiny fish roe, is very satisfying. 🍙 6️⃣ Fried Soft-Shell Crab $18 🌟 The fried soft-shell crab is incredibly crispy! You can feel the crunch of the oil-scented skin breaking with each bite. The crab is full of roe, and dipping it in sauce is very satisfying. It gets a bit greasy towards the end, but those who love fried foods will definitely enjoy this dish! The mix of oil and freshness is pure bliss. 🦀 7️⃣ Corn Crème Brûlée $9 🌟 Absolutely delicious! The crème brûlée is top-notch. The caramel is crispy, and the custard is just the right amount of sweet. I was worried that the white chocolate might make it too rich or that the corn would be odd, but there's no milkiness from the white chocolate, and the little corn kernels add a nice freshness! 🍼 📍 Ariari, 119 1st Ave, New York, NY 10003 #Tonight'sDinner #NYCTreasureRestaurant 🌆🌟
