Though it’s a ramen shop, I’m obsessed with their Beef Bowl (Gyu Don) — the savory sauce over rice is absolutely addictive! 😋 So much for cutting carbs—I finished the whole bowl and nearly dozed off in my afternoon class. 🍜 The ramen is solid—generous, rich, and satisfying. 🥓 Sweet-style chashu, and the fried chicken comes with a slightly sweet glaze. No Asian staff in sight—but no matter, the food is consistently good, hearty, and affordable (~$20 per person).
