It's served with a creamy garlic cheese aioli. 🌺 Can vegetables be this delicious?! I later tried to replicate it at home, but it was quite challenging. The key must be its spices. 🌿 🐟 Whole Roasted Black Bass Roasted fish being delicious is not surprising, but the highlight of this dish lies in the soup and the side dishes. Zucchini, eggplant, and broccoli are paired with a soup made from Akara wine and white wine. 🏙️ It's not fishy at all, and the flavor is unique and rich.
