Boiling Fish is Delicious, But the Smoked Delicacies Steamed Rice is Even Better! 🍚 🌟 Just a one-minute walk from Main St. subway station, on the second floor of the adjacent mall. The ambiance is particularly elegant, and for a moment, it feels like dining in a mall back home. 🥬 Pre-Dinner Snack: The crispy and salty Sichuan-style Chinese cabbage is a hit with my Northeastern friends. For those who prefer lighter flavors, it’s best enjoyed with rice. Haha. 🐟 Boiling Fish The perch served sizzles delightfully. The fish is tender, and the generous portions of mung bean sprouts and cucumber strips add a refreshing touch. The unique flavor of Sichuan peppercorns enhances the aroma of the fish! 🌶️ Despite its bright red appearance, it’s not spicy at all. The texture is smooth and rich, making it palatable even for those from Guangdong. 🦆 Smoked Aromatic Duck with Sichuan Peppercorns This cold dish comes in a substantial portion. The duck is infused with a rich, smoky flavor and the aroma of Sichuan peppercorns, making it a great accompaniment to rice. 🥘 Mother’s Pig’s Feet Soup The pig’s feet are cooked to a tender yet fibrous texture, with the added bonus of soft and chewy tendons. The kidney beans are soft and starchy. The soup is rich and flavorful, even more so with a drizzle of chili oil. 🌟 It’s satisfying on its own, but the thick, aromatic broth is perfect for warming the stomach and nourishing the body. Make sure to take a big sip of the hot soup before enjoying the pig’s feet. #NewYork 🌃🌟
