New York | Dining at Balthazar 🌟
For the main courses, we ordered three dishes: 🍟Duck Confit 🦆 This is their signature dish—a whole confit duck leg. When dining at a French restaurant, how could you miss out on duck? The roasted duck meat is very fragrant. The side dishes include broccoli (a bit bitter) and radish slices. Overall, it’s a pretty well-balanced dish for duck legs, not overly greasy. It’s worth a try! 40🔪 🌟 Grilled Suvillian County Trout 🐟 This dish was surprisingly delicious! The trout is very aromatic and tender, with a crispy skin and no fishy taste at all. 🍟The accompanying vegetables are also great. I noticed that not many people recommend this dish, but I’d definitely suggest giving it a try. 39🔪 Steak Frites 🍔 The classic French dish of steak with fries. I ordered it medium-rare, but it came out more like medium. 🌟 The steak wasn’t very tasty, and the fries were definitely better than the steak. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on this dish. If you’re craving steak, go to Peter Luger instead. 49🔪 #NewYork 🗽🌟
