New York | Dry-Aged Steak(2)⁉️
Dry Age Rib Eye 12oz 💲52 The star of the show, the rib-eye steak! I give it a five-star recommendation. It’s genuinely delicious and incredibly aromatic!! It’s better than many other steaks I’ve had at various restaurants. 🎢🍃The beef marrow is super fragrant, dripping with juices, and just perfect. It comes with a slightly sweet mushroom sauce and garlic butter, which really suits Chinese palates. There’s also a fried potato cake that’s quite tasty. The only downside is that it’s served on an iron plate, which looks great but cools down quickly. By the end, the steak was a bit lukewarm. 🍖 Matcha Cheesecake 💲18 Many people recommended the matcha cheesecake. Why is there banana in it?? The matcha part is pure matcha, with no sweetness at all, and the texture isn’t very smooth. I can’t really comment on how it pairs with banana since I don’t eat bananas. 🍰🍌 🎢🍃 Overall, the ambiance is great and perfect for dates or gatherings. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city. However, the sushi and sashimi didn’t blow me away; they’re just decent and worth the price, but not top-tier quality. After finishing the sushi, we had to wait nearly half an hour for the steak to arrive, but thankfully, it was worth the wait. 🎢🍃 If you’re looking for a high-quality Japanese dining experience, I wouldn’t highly recommend this place. But I definitely encourage everyone to try their steak—it’s truly beyond expectations. 🌟 #NewYorkLife #NewYorkDeliciousFood 🌇
