New York | Easter Parade: Dressing Up for Spring
🌸The tradition of New York’s Easter Parade dates back to the 1870s with the “bonnet parade,” marking the beginning of Easter festivities. It’s a perfect opportunity to head into the city with friends to enjoy some food, drinks, and sightseeing. ☘️This year’s Easter Parade in New York runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the procession moving north on Fifth Avenue from 49th Street to 57th Street. If you just want to watch, a great spot is near St. Patrick’s Cathedral (between 50th and 51st Streets on Fifth Avenue). We left a bit late but still found plenty of people there in the afternoon. 🌼Everyone’s outfits were beautifully spring-themed. It’s best to make your own unique and eye-catching hat. However, you can also just be a tourist and photography enthusiast, taking pictures and enjoying the atmosphere. 🍀New York’s Easter was blessed with good weather. Everyone brought out their creativity and was full of energy—truly a showcase of talent! In fact, holidays themselves may not have much meaning, but their greatest significance is that they give people a reason to be in a good mood. ⏰ Bloom Alert The cherry blossoms will end in early April, while the tulips will last until early May. Hurry up and invite your friends to catch the tail end of spring! #NewYork #SpringPhotos #SpringOutfits #SpringBeauty #SpringStreet #Easter #LimitedEditionSpring #FlowerSharing #FifthAvenue #LifeInNY
