New York | Exploring a Brand-New Spicy Hot Pot Restaurant 🍲🤍
🎢Ah, I recently traveled to China for the first time in 20 years, but I didn’t get to enjoy my favorite Chinese hot pot even once... 🍃Fortunately, a fantastic hot pot restaurant has just opened in Manhattan, New York. To be honest, I had seen it frequently on my friends' Instagram stories before I visited. When I finally went, I realized it was indeed a brand-new place—spotless and equipped with the latest facilities. The brand design felt sleek and modern, like a restaurant that takes pride in serving authentic hot pot flavors. 🌸 And my hunch was right. So far, apart from those in Flushing, no hot pot restaurant in Manhattan has really satisfied my taste buds. I always had to make the trip to Flushing, but this place offers a clean, spicy broth with super fresh ingredients. There are a few standout dishes worth mentioning: 🐾 Cat Paw Shrimp Balls: Shaped like cat paws, they’re super cute and perfect for Instagram. 🐾 🤍 Thousand-Layer Tofu: I was surprised at how chewy the tofu was—really delightful! 🌊 ltre Fresh and Tender Duck Blood: This is a must-order!!! It seems like no other hot pot place in New York sells this. It’s incredibly fresh, with a smooth and tender texture that melts in your mouth. It’s so delicious that you can’t stop eating it. 🏙️This place is truly a hot pot haven recognized by hot pot enthusiasts. I’ll definitely be back next week! ❤️ Mala Hot Pot 📍 35 W 36th St., New York, NY 10018 #NewYorkFood #NYCWeekend #HotPotRecommendation 🗽🌟
