New York | Fall-Limited O-Hachisu Fig Parfait 🍂
🍃Last time, I shared Momoya’s summer strawberry matcha parfait, and it got so many views! The parfaits here have always been designed by Norie San, who is incredibly talented. 🌟 🍁 The fall parfait is just as exquisite, inspired by the red dragonflies of early autumn in Japan and a namesake children’s song. The body is made of chocolate, and the wings are made of sugar pieces. At first glance, it looks a bit fierce, but upon closer inspection, it exudes vitality and charm. 🦠 🍃Last time, it was strawberries, raspberries, and cherries; this time, it features chestnuts, figs, blackberries, and pears. The sweetness is slightly lower than last time, with a hint of alcoholic aftertaste that makes it more intriguing the more you eat. 🍇 🎢Every bite is unique, with incredibly rich layers that even make you feel full. The seating includes two indoor levels and an outdoor area, and the portion size is perfect for a leisurely afternoon chat. No problem walking in on weekends to order a dessert! 🍵 Can’t wait to see what the next season’s parfait will be like! 😻 📍Momoya (SoHo) #NYCTravel #NYCExploration 🌊
