New York | Finally Found Authentic Xinjiang Cuisine 🌟
I’ve finally found amazing Xinjiang food in New York! 🌺 I’ve been searching for authentic laghman (hand-pulled noodles) in New York for so long. I love laghman, but it’s really hard to make at home. 🍝 In Flushing, there’s this hidden gem of a Xinjiang restaurant tucked away downstairs in a Best Western hotel, right next to the Tangram Mall. The owner is from Xinjiang, so you know the flavors are spot-on! The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. If you’re in Flushing, you have to try it! 🌿 ⭐️ The Stir-Fried Pork with Laghman is incredible. It’s full of that rich, savory flavor that only comes from a well-seasoned wok. As a seasoned northerner, I can’t resist this bowl of steaming noodles. The noodles are chewy and perfectly textured—my absolute favorite! 🍜 ⭐️ The Chives and Scrambled Eggs are a must-try. The eggs are perfectly cooked with a strong wok flavor, and the chives are super fresh. Egg lovers will be in heaven! 🍳 ⭐️ The Lamb Skewers are amazing. The meat is tender and flavorful, just like the ones back home. It’s the real deal! 🍖 ⭐️ The Baked Buns might not look the most authentic, but they are incredibly delicious. I’m usually very sensitive to the gamy flavor of lamb, but these buns are fragrant and not greasy at all. Highly recommended! 🥯 ⭐️ The Homemade Yogurt is made in-house. It’s quite sour, which isn’t my cup of tea, haha, but it’s probably very authentic! 🍶 #AnotherWayToEnjoyXinjiangCuisine 🌟🌟
