New York | For the Best Xinjiang Cuisine, This Is the Place! 🍖
📍 Location: Flushing, NY I’d run all the way to Flushing just for a bowl of their milk tea! 🏃♂️ 🧋 The milk tea has a layer of fat on top, which is super fattening but also the source of its rich flavor. The yogurt is equally creamy, offering a taste you just can’t find at regular milk tea shops! For under $4, you can’t ask for more! 💰 🥔 The potatoes in the Big Plate Chicken are super soft and mushy, and since there’s more chicken leg meat, it’s not dry. The chicken is cut into large chunks, and the noodles are soaked in the flavorful broth—absolutely delicious! 🍖 🍞 The baked baozi has thin skin and plenty of filling. One bite fills your mouth with the aroma of meat. The naan without filling is also great—golden brown, soft yet sturdy. Fans of dense bread will love it! 🥪 🍖 The skewers are almost as long as your forearm! You can choose from lamb, chicken, lamb kidneys, and lamb chops. We went with chicken and lamb. The lamb is incredibly delicious—tender and thick. The chicken, however, is a bit dry. Two or three skewers per person are more than enough, especially when sprinkled with cumin for that intense, aromatic flavor! 🌟 #NewYorkFoodie #XinjiangCuisine 🌆🌟
