New York | Francie 🌟
📍 Francie 🌟For our 520 celebration, we chose duck—my boyfriend’s favorite—and ended up at this BK one-Michelin-starred restaurant. The overall experience was fantastic and definitely worth the price! The average cost per person was around 💲100. SOUFFLÉ CAKES 💲23 The soufflé cakes were incredibly light and fluffy, served with nori-flavored butter and caviar. The combination of sweet and savory was truly unforgettable! 🍰 🌟 DRY AGED CROWN OF ROHAN DUCK 💲135 The price of duck has really gone up; looking at older posts, it used to be under 💲100. The duck itself was a showstopper. After the whole roasted duck was brought out for a photo, it was sliced into thin pieces. The skin was crispy, and the fat was rich and flavorful! 🌟The accompanying vegetable purée had apples, making it smooth and creamy with a hint of dairy. The pine nuts and lettuce leaves added a refreshing crunch! 🦆 PAPPARDELLE 💲32 For the main course, we went with the pappardelle. It was topped with duck ragù and cheese, and every bite was packed with meaty flavor! We almost licked the plate clean. Highly recommended! 🍝 🌟Since we had a 5:00 PM reservation, the restaurant was still bright during the early summer evening. Despite the rain on a Saturday, everyone was in high spirits, and the place filled up quickly. For two people, the dishes mentioned above were more than enough! The ambiance was great, and the service was top-notch. This was definitely the most satisfying restaurant we visited in May. 🌇 #NewYork #NewYorkDeliciousFood 🌟
