New York | Free Exhibition | Starscape ๐Ÿ’ซ

๐ŸƒThe free immersive light and shadow exhibition, Starscape, at Genesis House. I've been to a few similar exhibitions, but this one stands out because it's free (not really). ๐Ÿƒ When it's crowded, it's all about luck. Good spots offer a more stunning view. If you love it and don't mind waiting, you can keep lining up and watching again and again haha~ Each show lasts for 8 minutes. One of the most impressive segments was when the main screen showed the Earth rotating, and the New York map on the ground enlarged with light and shadow, creating an illusion that the ground was rising. Then the main screen displayed New York's iconic skyline, which was pretty cool. โœจThe universe is vast, and we are no different from stardust.โœจ I recalled a line from a science popularization short film I watched before: ๐Ÿ™๏ธ It is easy to think of ourselves as separated from everything, but this is not true. We are as much a part of the universe as a neutron star, or a black hole, or a nebula. Even better actually, we are its thinking and feeling part: the central organ of the universe. STARSCAPE ๐ŸŒŠ Event time: Tuesday to Sunday, 11am-7pm The event will continue until January 12, 2025 ๐ŸŒธ Address: 40A 10th Ave. New York, NY 10014 ๐ŸŽข #ImmersiveExhibition #ImmersiveExperience
