📍 Radio Star, 13 Greenpoint Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222, United States 🌿I booked a brunch spot at Greenpoint over the long weekend, and it was such a charming experience! 🌇 The vintage decor of the restaurant is absolutely stunning, especially on a sunny day when the sunlight pours in, making the whole place look like a scene from a movie. ☀️ 🌿The brunch portions are just the right size for sharing with friends. We had a delightful time trying different dishes: Sweet Saffron Cream Cheese Pastry: This was heavenly! A flaky pastry filled with sweet saffron cream cheese, it was incredibly aromatic and delicious. We ordered two, and they were gone in a flash. 🥧 Egg & Ham Griddle Sandwich: This sandwich reminded me of a scallion pancake stuffed with eggs and ham, topped with a sweet sauce that had a bit of a spicy kick, similar to Sichuan chili oil. As a Chengdu native, it reminded me of the flavors of Zhong's dumplings. 🥪 🌿 Pork Cheek Special: The daily special was a pork cheek dish that tasted like a fusion of braised pork belly with radish, but with a modern twist.
