🌸Bread Enthusiast's Delight! The Best Part of a Seafood Restaurant Is the Bread 🍞🌟 Hav&Mar is the first restaurant in Manhattan by renowned chef Marcus Samuelsson, which opened last fall. 🎢 Given that the chef is of Ethiopian-Swedish descent, this restaurant is a fusion seafood spot, blending Nordic attention to ingredients with the homely feel of African cooking. 🍃 The dining space is quite spacious, and the food is pretty good. The Tuna Tartare, meatballs, and Havatini are all solid choices. 🏙️ But the real star here is the Hav Bread Basket! It includes three types of bread: four teff biscuits, cornbread, and injera crisp.
