It’s served with pickled plum sauce and walnut pesto, which add layers of flavor and help cut through the richness. 🏙️ The nuts add a delightful crunch, and the sauce is perfectly infused into the beef, making it tender and flavorful. The crispy potato chips replace the usual bread, adding a delightful potato aroma and a slightly caramelized sweetness that’s super addictive! 🍔 🎢 Pomme Darphin This dish is essentially a potato cake topped with sea urchin and a jalapeño & shallot sauce. 🌊 It’s a bit underwhelming—the sea urchin isn’t top-notch, and while the potato cake is thick with a crispy exterior, the seasoning is a bit lacking, making it a bit bland overall. 🥔 Their desserts look amazing, and I can’t wait to try them next time! 🍰 🍃 #MyFoodDiary #NewYork 🌟
