New York | Hidden Gem Upstairs at a Korean Restaurant 🌟
I always thought the downstairs was amazing, but the upstairs is just as delightful! Who knew there was a secret speakeasy on the second floor? 🍸 You have to go through a hidden door in the restaurant to get up there – it feels super private and exclusive. 🕵️♂️ 🤎 I picked a vodka-based cocktail that had a touch of coffee. The rich coffee aroma combined with a subtle hint of alcohol was just perfect – not too sweet. The cream on top was creamy and flavorful without being overwhelming. They even gave me a small packet of salt to sprinkle on the cream, and that little bit of saltiness enhanced the creaminess and sweetness. I loved it and highly recommend it! 🍸 🧡 I also ordered a slice of bread with foie gras spread. The foie gras was incredibly aromatic, and the small amount of salad and pomegranate seeds perfectly cut through the richness. The bread was crispy and delicious. The salt grains were a bit too large, though, so I’d suggest leaving them out next time. 🍖 💖 The ambiance is beautiful, like a cozy bookstore – perfect for taking photos! The seats are comfortable and ideal for a girls’ night out. The only downside is that the tables are a bit small. If you’re planning to have a full meal, I’d suggest sticking to the downstairs. 🌿 🌟 Osamil Upstairs 📍 5 W 31st St, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001 #Drinks #Speakeasy #HiddenBar 🍸🌟
