New York | High-End Greek Dining at Nerai 🌟
Last weekend, I went on a trip down memory lane with three of my college friends. We decided to try out Nerai, a Greek restaurant in Manhattan. Let’s dive right into the review! 🌿 Ambiance: The atmosphere gets a perfect score! 💯 It’s super romantic and intimate, making it ideal for couples. The decor is elegant and cozy, with soft lighting and beautiful touches that transport you to a Greek paradise. 🌇 🥩 Beef Stew: This dish is quite unique, but the beef flavor was a bit on the lighter side. It’s a good dish, but not something that’ll blow your mind. 🍖 🍤 Creamy Lobster Fettuccine: This is their signature dish, and it’s incredibly rich and sweet! The first bite is heavenly, almost intoxicating. However, after a few more bites, it gets a bit overwhelming due to the heavy cream content. 🦐 Rack of Lamb (Medium): The lamb was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. It’s definitely worth recommending, and the portion size is generous, making it the best value for money. 🍖 LOL, I have to admit, this is just fancy-looking plain water. 🐶 calamari, which was cooked to perfection—soft and tender. Definitely worth a try! 🦑 Bread Appetizer: The bread was amazing—fresh, warm, and incredibly aromatic. It’s a great start to the meal. 🥪 💰 Price: The average spend was $81 per person, which is the most expensive meal I’ve ever had. It felt like I was leading my friends into a financial trap! 😭 The price-to-value ratio is definitely not the best, but for those who don’t mind splurging, it’s a nice experience. For budget-conscious folks, maybe stick to a $20 roast duck meal. 🍔 #NewYork #GreekCuisine #FineDining 🌟
