New York | How can Il Corso’s delicious Italian food not be popular?
🌺In Midtown, near Central Park, there is an Italian restaurant called Il Corso that has been around for many years. The place is not very big, but it’s super cozy. It has that old-school Italian romance. 🍃 During my years in New York, I’ve been there several times, but somehow it just doesn’t seem to catch fire. Not many people know about it. 🌿 Their pasta is amazing. No matter which one you choose, you can’t go wrong. The Cacio e Pepe is served in a basket made of cheese, placed on the plate and handed to you. 🌺It’s so creative and the flavor is outstanding. 🌺 My favorite is the Fettucine con Funghi e Prosciutto. It’s made with truffle sauce and is incredibly smooth with every bite. Other dishes like Risotto, Lasagna, and Paccheri con Crema di Pistacchio are also highly recommended. They’re all perfectly al dente. 🌿 What’s even cuter is that their dessert menu is presented on a large plate for you to see and choose from. Seeing the desserts in person makes it almost impossible to resist. 🌟 #Recorder of Romantic Life #New York Life 🌇
